The first step in a successful system is to make sure that the citizens of the nation are satisfied. With a communist system, everyone in Russia will be able to live a better life and thus be contented with their country. There would be almost no unemployment in the new system so that everyone would be receiving a salary. This would help reduce poverty, which makes the people extremely feeble as well as depressed with their lives. There would be no taxes, which would allow the people keep their money and spend it on themselves instead of giving it to the government. With everyone earning money, no one would be impoverished, which would give everyone a chance to live a life where they could succeed.
